Hello, my name is Fede, and I'll be very happy to host you. I have lived in this house for about ten years. Recently, I have spent the winter months there. Villa Taphros is therefore my lair; it is a residential house, and the interiors are subdivided and furnished to ensure a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. It will truly be a pleasure to welcome you and ensure you have a comfortable stay. Here below a description of Villa Taphros:

Villa Taphros is located in an open area, and it is very quiet. The house is in a prime location sheltered from prevailing winds (Mistral and Ponente) because it is oriented toward the island of Caprera. The landscape from the garden is on the mountainous profile of the Sardinian coast, and it offers indelible panoramic views at sunrise and moonrise.
Villa Taphros is surrounded by a comfortable terrace area with a dehors which leads inside the house through the veranda. The veranda is the bright heart of the villa, and it is furnished with a large table for two people and a relaxation area with a sofa. The sunroom is also equipped with curtains on the entire perimeter exposed to direct sunlight, and it has a ceiling fan to facilitate your stay during the summer months.

Living Room, Kitchen, Bedroom and Bathroom
The veranda leads to the living room and, thanks to its width, it is very airy and bright.
The furnishing layout is functional and it naturally divides the space into two areas: the dining area, adjoining the kitchen, and the relaxation area with smart TV and a panoramic window that invites you to relax. To prevent summer heat, the living room is equipped with air conditioning.
The modern, minimalist kitchen, although small, is practical and is intentionally separated from the living room to ease cooking privacy; the window and the ceiling-integrated hood prevent the aromas from permeating the stay; oven, dishwasher, and a built-in under-top refrigerator complete the equipment.
By a short vein, you enter the sleeping area; here there are two bedrooms and a bright bathroom with a shower and a large window overlooking the garden.
The master bedroom, with a double bed, is quiet and has a comfortable en-suite cabinet box and a window overlooking the garden. To prevent summer heat, it is also equipped with air conditioning.
The second bedroom is not available to guests; thus, it is locked.
